To provide the best service to our clients, we are proud to be the first Control4 dealer in Tampa Bay to offer true 24/7 phone, text and chat support.  24/7 support is the foundation for our TBES Preferred Service Plans. We offer three different plans so clients can choose the plan that is best for their service needs. 

If system issues arise, clients enrolled in our Preferred Service Plans can count on our 24/7 support team to be there for you, oftentimes solving your issue without having to schedule a service call. In addition to our 24/7 support, plan benefits also include prioritized service scheduling, remote firmware updates, proactive support and monitoring, discounted service labor rates and more.

Plan Benefits and Information

The OVRC Hub

The OVRC Hub provides monitoring and oversight of the connected devices in the home and is the communication backbone for the TBES Preferred Service Plan.

Prioritized Service Scheduling

We will complete all service requests for Preferred Service Members as quickly as possible based on the priority of the service requested and the client’s scheduling availability.

Daily Internet Speed Tests

We will check your internet speeds multiple times daily to better diagnose and troubleshoot internet service provider problems should they arise.

Reactive Remote Repair

Upon hearing from you, your system will be accessed remotely and oftentimes repaired without a service call.

Proactive Monitoring and Remote Repair

We will proactively monitor your system and will troubleshoot potential issues before they arise.

OVRC Home Client App

You will be provided with a mobile app enabling you to fix common system problems, control network settings, submit service requests and more.

Remote Firmware Updates

We will keep your OVRC enabled devices up to date with the latest firmware as it becomes available.

24/7 Email, Text and Chat Support

We’re available to communicate with you in whichever manner best fits your lifestyle.

24/7 Phone Support

Experience the convenience of a live answer by one of our knowledgeable technicians.

Included System Service Hours

We’ve built-in service hours to be used for remote programming, routine maintenance and service calls.

Service Trip Charge

Our standard service trip charge is waived for all TBES Preferred Service Members.

Service Labor Rate

If we are unable to address your system issue remotely you will receive a discounted labor rate for our on–site service.

After Hours and Weekend Service Rate

In the unlikely event that after hours or weekend emergency service is required you will receive a discounted rate for the service call.
