To provide the best service to our clients, we are proud to be one of the first system integrators in Tampa Bay to offer true 24/7 phone, text and chat support.  24/7 support is the foundation for our TBES Preferred Service Plans. We offer three different Preferred Service plans so clients can choose the plan the one that is best for their service needs. 

If system issues arise, clients enrolled in our Preferred Service Plans can count on our 24/7 support team to be there for you, oftentimes solving your issue without having to schedule a service call. In addition to our 24/7 support, plan benefits also include a client app with network controls, prioritized service scheduling, remote firmware updates, proactive system monitoring and more.

Preferred Service Plans and Information

We’re available to communicate with you in whichever manner best fits your lifestyle.

Upon hearing from you, your system will be accessed remotely and oftentimes repaired without a service call.

If we are unable to address your system issue remotely you will received a discounted labor rate for our on-site service.

You will be provided with a mobile app enabling you to fix common system problems, control network settings, submit service requests and more.

Experience the convenience of a live answer by one of our knowledgeable technicians.

We will proactively monitor your system and will troubleshoot potential issues before they arise.

We will complete all service requests for Preferred Service Members as quickly as possible based on the priority of the service requested and the client’s scheduling availability

We’ve built-in service hours to be used for remote programming, routine maintenance and service calls.

Enrollment in all Preferred Service Plans requires an OVRC enabled router or hub and at least one IP controlled surge protector.

TBES offers standard parts and labor warranties and a lifetime service guarantee with all newly installed systems.  Clients who prefer to pay for system service and support as needed can choose our Limited Service and Support plan below.
