The OVRC Hub provides monitoring and oversight of the connected devices in the home and is the communication backbone for the TBES Preferred Service Plan.
We will complete all service requests for Preferred Service Members as quickly as possible based on the priority of the service requested and the client’s scheduling availability.
We will check your internet speeds multiple times daily to better diagnose and troubleshoot internet service provider problems should they arise.
Upon hearing from you, your system will be accessed remotely and oftentimes repaired without a service call.
We will proactively monitor your system and will troubleshoot potential issues before they arise.
You will be provided with a mobile app enabling you to fix common system problems, control network settings, submit service requests and more.
We will keep your OVRC enabled devices up to date with the latest firmware as it becomes available.

We’ve built-in service hours to be used for remote programming, routine maintenance and service calls.
Our standard service trip charge is waived for all TBES Preferred Service Members.
If we are unable to address your system issue remotely you will receive a discounted labor rate for our on–site service.
In the unlikely event that after hours or weekend emergency service is required you will receive a discounted rate for the service call.
